• Budget-based agreements: an approximate budget established jointly to ensure predictability and efficiency

• Hourly rates: in matters of litigation and for one-time needs (legal research, ad hoc interventions, drafting, etc.)  

• Fractional Model: exclusive access to a team member for a fixed number of hours at a predetermined rate, typically on a monthly basis.  

Each engagement is assigned to team members based on the required expertise, the established budget, and your business priorities to provide you with tailored support.
