Geneviève is a business attorney and also assists with certain intellectual property matters. As part of her practice, she is involved in drafting commercial contracts, internal policies,  and advises on commercial transactions. She particularly enjoys supporting the firm’s international clients with their legal matters.

After earning a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and a master’s degree in international and European law from the University of Geneva, she was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2025. Before joining YULEX, Geneviève completed her bar internship in the legal department of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Geneva.

Geneviève joined YULEX in 2025, drawn by the opportunity to grow within a passionate, supportive, and dynamic team, as well as by the diversity of cases she contributes to.

Within the team, Geneviève is recognized for her intellectual curiosity, keen analytical skills, and meticulousness. Her strong interest in international issues and her warm, personal approach enrich the support she provides to entrepreneurs as they bring their projects to fruition.
