A legal technician for nearly 15 years, she assists the team in corporate and commercial transactions. In particular, Maude participates in corporate due diligence exercises, in the drafting and implementation of corporate documentation related to the closing sessions of commercial transactions as well as to corporate reorganizations.
In 2007, she chose law for the versatility of this constantly evolving field. She appreciates the diversity of legal issues she faces and the opportunity to meet challenges on a daily basis. It was more particularly for the team spirit and the perspective of developing her expertise through qualified mentors that she chose the firm in 2015.
