As a business attorney, Chloé works on a variety of cases involving business law, technology law, and intellectual property law. She assists the partners with, among other things, drafting contracts, shareholder agreements, and the necessary documentation for various transactions involving the firm’s clients.  

After earning her Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal in 2019 and being admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2020, she began her practice in health law and corporate law. In 2023, she earned a certification from UQAM’s ESG program in personal data management and privacy protection. She finally joined the YULEX team in 2024 and since then she is pursuing training to become a trademark agent with the CPATA.

She chose the legal profession to make a positive impact on people’s lives and to feel that she is contributing to society. In her daily work, she is inspired by the variety of cases and d by the creativity of entrepreneurs. A true asset to the team, she quickly distinguished herself through her intellectual curiosity and analytical skills.
