Bruno practices in business law, technology law and privacy law. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2011, he has been advising businesses on all legal aspects of business for over ten years. His areas of expertise include drafting and negotiating contracts in the technology and digital sectors, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and assisting companies with personal information protection.

Before joining YULEX in 2016, Bruno practiced as a civil and commercial litigation attorney. After completing a master’s degree in e-commerce, he chose YULEX for the firm’s focus on technology law. In 2026, he was named a junior partner at the firm.

Within the team, Bruno is recognized for his ability to solve complex problems and for his determination to contribute to his clients’ success. With a pragmatic approach, he seeks to address clients’ concerns in a personalized manner rather than simply searching for theorical answers.

Beyond his role as an attorney, he serves as a director and secretary of the board of directors at Printemps numérique.

Au delà du droit

Bruno is passionate about cycling and owns no fewer than six bicycles (for now). He can assemble and disassemble them (almost) entirely on his own.
