Yuliya has been a paralegal in commercial and corporate law since 2009. She assists attorneys with, among other things, corporate due diligence. She also works on transactions involving the purchase or sale of shares and assets, as well as corporate restructurings.  

Before settling in Canada, Yuliya was a cofounder of businesses and a paralegal in Ukraine, after having completed three university degrees. It was in Canada that she further focused her practice on Canadian commercial law by working as a paralegal for several years. In 2023, the duo decided to join our firm because of its open-mindedness, flexible work schedules, and friendly relationships among colleagues.
